You can enjoy SF Express’s free shipping discounts to smart lockers in various regions in Hong Kong.

Exemption fee: The weight and size restrictions of the smart cabinet: the weight is less than 20 kg, and the maximum volume is 45*31*35 cm (large grid).

  • Customers who make a single purchase less than $500 need to pay the SF smart locker fee. Details base on SF Express charges.
  1. We will arrange shipment and delivery only after your online payment is successful, usually within 2-7 working days after payment.
  1. All items in stock will be sent out within 2-7 working days after the order is completed. If the order contains items in stock and pre-ordered, we will wait until all the items are available before sending them together.
  1. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the supplier’s availability. If we are unable to provide the ordered product, we will notify the customer by Email / WhatsApp before delivery.
  1. Once the order is confirmed, any information including the delivery address cannot be changed. If you need assistance, please via Email ( [email protected] ) / WhatsApp (+852 5388 5153) to our customer service department.
  1. The recipient should verify the product as soon as possible after receiving the product. If the package is found to be damaged or incomplete during transportation, please contact SF Express staff immediately for inquiries.
  1. After receiving the pick-up information from the smart locker, the customer enjoys 48 hours of pick-up time, and free storage for the first 24 hours. For the subsequent 24 hours, a service fee of HKD 10 will be charged for each hour. If the customer picks up the parcel after the deadline, the derivative storage fee shall be borne by the customer.

In addition, if the customer still fails to pick up the package on time after 48 hours, the dispatcher will take back the courier, and the customer must contact SF Express to handle the pick-up matter without further notice.
