2.1. Before confirming your order, please read the product description, ordering instructions and these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you confirm to place an order and pay, it will be considered that you have understood and agreed to the above.

2.3. This page is maintained by the service provided by Woo-commerce. When you connect to the Website, we cannot guarantee that you will not be blocked or that no error will occurred. We will try our best to ensure that all the prices displayed on the Website are the most updated. However, the Company reserves the right to change the price at any time without further notice to anyone.

If you submit the order and/or payment, you are deemed to agree to abide by the aforementioned Terms and Conditions and privacy policy.
- Delivery
4.1. The delivery service provided by the Company is carried out by a third party. When you receive the product, please check immediately whether the products are intact and undamaged. If there is any damage, please directly reject the receipt. The Company does not accept your request for compensation or return for any reason other than quality problems after confirming the receipt.
- Return or Order Cancellation
5.1. Return
5.1.1. Due to hygienic reasons, except for quality problems, we do not accept any return of medical and sanitary supplies.
5.1.2. If you need to return the product due to quality problems, please provide the relevant receipt/proof of purchase. If you fail to provide the relevant proof, the Company will not be able to handle the return or replacement product for you.
5.2. Order Cancellation
5.2.1. After you submit the order, the Company will not accept your request to cancel the order.
5.2.2. After confirming the order, the Company reserves the right not to accept or cancel the order for reasons including but not limited to:
5.2.2.1. You have failed to pay for the order promptly and legally or fail to provide payment proof promptly; or
5.2.2.2. The price indicated on one or more items you ordered is incorrect due to incorrect pricing information generated by human or computer error.
5.2.3. If the Company cancels your order, we will notify you by email, and will refund the actual amount recieved by the Company to your payment account as soon as possible. You agree that the Company does not need to compensate you for canceling the order.
- Resell is Prohibited
6.1. All products sold on the Website are for your personal use only and you are not allowed to resell for any puurposes. If you resell the products sold on the Website without our consent, the Company has the right to refuse providing you with any products or services, including products or services that have been placed or paid for. The relevant amount will be refunded after deducting the handling fee.
- Force Majeure
7.1. In case of any situation where the Company cannot fulfill its obligations in full or in part due to damage, loss, or delay in the products or services you have purchased due to force majeure, the Company shall not be responsible.
- Intellectual property

The intellectual property rights used by the Website or the Company are owned by the Company or related owners, including but not limited to all trademarks, pictures, texts, designs, layouts, etc. No one may use, disseminate, modify, copy without authorization, change these rights, or use the property for commercial purposes.
- Applicable Law
9.1. The Website and Terms and Conditions are governed by Hong Kong laws and interpreted in accordance with Hong Kong laws.
- Third Party Rights
10.1. Any person who is not a party to this agreement has no right to enforce any Terms and Conditions of this agreement and/or transactions or benefits under these terms and conditions in accordance to the Contract (Third Party Rights) Ordinance.
- The Company reserves the right of final interpretation of all content, terms and conditions, privacy regulations or other text issued by the Company on this page. The Company reserves the right to amend, change or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.
